- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you have an event larger than 150 guests, with both bar service and food service, discounts will apply. Add 20% service fee and 8% sales tax to all list prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We assign you to one of our Catering Managers and they will create a quote based on your peferences and budget. We offer tastings for wedding customers and require a deposit and contract when you are ready to commit. Your Catering Manager will work through all of the details and changes leading up to your event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Catering Managers hold Bachelor's Degree's and have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in event planning and catering. Our mangers and bartenders are TIPS certified through the New York State Liquor Authority.
