- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a standard fee of $12.50 for 2 days a week, for an hour a day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will assess each participants needs based on provided school work. Does the participant just require minimal guidance or more in depth and personal assistance? For non school age children basic preschool milestones will be assessed and then work will begin on reaffirming known skills and introducing new skills to prepare for school. We then develop a study/assistance plan based on our assessments. Every effort is made to personalize each experience with areas of focus that the participant is interested in to foster a more complete understanding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have volunteered within the community doing many activities with the local schools. I have served as a booster club president for one of the local middle and high schools for multiple years and I am presently still an active member. I have been an active organizer and facilitator of additional volunteer opportunities within the organizations I have worked with. I have a personal passion to provide a safe and nurturing environment for local children that come from economically blighted areas. I am currently tutoring/mentoring five local children at various locations and times to help meet the need in the community for a strong, stable, presence of influence.
