After training for the past several years with multiple people Junior has by far been the best trainer I have ever had. He is amazing. I love the variety. You never know what you are going to be doing. He is so knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients!

Always get a great workout with Jr. He is very flexible with work schedules if you let him know what times you need. He is very professional and has a family friendly environment if you have to bring kids on occasion!

It’s a great experience! Noticed a change in my body within a few weeks! Junior is the best!! Each work out is catered to each individual person!! Would recommend to ANYONE!
