My pricing structure is flexible and is determined by the specific event. Our customers have the option of receiving a detailed quote either per person or per platter. We create menus for any type of budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide an extensive menu for customer review and on several occasions have hosted a food tasting event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently certified as a food service manager and have had personal training with Chef Amadeus.
