- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, we create each quote individually. We customize our programs to your specific objectives and people. Everyone on your team is unique; they have different skills, different levels of understanding, and different responsibilities and objectives.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the potential customer views my quote, I follow up with them via Thumbtack to ask for their telephone number and email address so that I can learn more about what I can do for them that will benefit them and their group. Then, we may: - Schedule a free consultation, check my availability, and provide more information. - Discuss their organization and people to better understand their objectives. - Explore what they want their group and each individual to learn, say, and do differently. - Examine their processes and analyze how much more effective their team can be. - Determine what we need to do and estimate how long it will take to accomplish their objectives. - Provide them with our recommendations so they can make the best decision for their group. When the customer decides to book me, I confirm all the details with them and email them a confirmation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Julius offers a Master of Science in Management with over 15 years of strong leadership experience in business to business sales, marketing and professional recruitment. While with AT&T Corp., he won multiple annual Gold Club awards at AT&T for achieving top nationwide sales of integrated voice, data, internet and IP network services to small & medium businesses, generating over $1M in sales annually. He's also spearheaded marketing and business development initiatives as Director of Sales and Recruitment at a nationwide pharmacist search firm. Julius helped grow the company revenues to over $1M annually through the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, managing, mentoring and coaching of more than 40 new internal health care recruiters. At this same company, he also operated his own full service recruitment desk recruiting pharmacists, developing job openings, negotiating contracts and placing recruited pharmacists in permanent positions for client hospitals, pharmacies, and health care facilities throughout the US. To complement his passion for engaging and amazing corporate audiences as a professional motivational speaker and magician, throughout his career, Julius has attended dozens of training seminars and studied hundreds of books and tapes on a wide range of self-development and business topics.
