Sellers: 6% plus $195 Broker's fee Buyers: $195 Broker's fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sellers: Meet with the sellers to discuss their expectations and review the property. Prepare a CMA and discuss home pricing and market conditions with the seller. Review and sign contract. Recommend things the seller can do to show the home at its best are discussed. Professional pictures are taken of your property and it is placed on the MLS as well as 1000's of home search websites. Buyer: One hour buyer orientation, which covers market conditions, a review of the purchase and sale agreement, what type of financing they will be using and development of their search criteria.
