Did not show or call to let me know what happened. Gave a quote over the phone, was going to check the plumbing, then purchase parts, but never showed up or called so I eventually got someone else to do the job, and for much less than the original quote. I don't blame A & D for that, however as we discovered the valves did not have to be changed.
