- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are by square foot and/or any additional work that may be needed to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go over the square foot and requirements needed and I can usually give a quick estimate but I need to see a picture and exact size and requirements of job before you can give an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Concrete Batch Plant Operator, so when it comes to knowledge of how concrete should look the moment it comes out of the truck I know what it should look like.
