- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices reflect the value I place on the experience I give my clients, and the quality of life I provide them, my team, and my own family. We are a subscription based service. You pay for your cleaning service on a monthly basis with no contract and the ability to cancel at any time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to chat and find out what brings people to my business. I like to learn what makes them happy. I ask enough questions to know what it is that they truly want. I love to solve problems- so I like to make suggestions that help when appropriate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified health coach who also has a background in fashion design. I also have years of outstanding customer service experience. Although not directly related to my industry, my talents in creating a desired result that promotes aesthetic beauty and health serves me in my work. I don't give up until my clients are happy!
