- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are not hidden. Everything is upfront and in writing so there will be no confusion. The price that is given for the repair is the price that it would be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to go over all the safety features of the garage door. This way the customer would understand how it can be a great inconvenience if that garage door is not able to open.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working in the garage door industry for over 25 years and I have seen it all.
