- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact: Whether phone call, E-mail, or referral, this is where it all starts and if I say I'll be there, then that is what I'll do. Punctuality is key! Meet and Greet: First impressions are the lasting impressions right? All representatives of GII Construction will always conduct themselves in a professional, business like manor. We will agree on a proper and convenient time for you and address your needs. Initial assessment: will be thorough so you can be given a quote that is accurate. When construction begins we will prepare the area around the construction site to preserve your property. During course of your project, your builder will be in constant contact with you to keep you up to date concerning the work at hand. If during the construction we find there is additional damage that was not addressed in the original bid/estimate or the potential of unforeseen damage that could result in a change order, you will be notified immediately to discuss your options for further repair. There are no surprises when receiving a bill from GII Construction.
