Introduction: RMS Home Improvements is a home improvement company offering custom design and superior quality in all of your home improvement needs. We design and build custom decks and porches, offer interior and exterior painting, replacement windows and doors, drywall installation and finishing, ceramic floors, laminate flooring, linoleum flooring and hardwood flooring. We offer complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling. We install paver patios, glass block, and kitchen backsplash. Robert has remodeled our main bathroom which including moving plumbing and adding new plumbing, painting, wallpapering. Giving good advice in moving walls to enlarge our bathroom. In the kitchen he has relocated and replaced cabinets, where our kitchen became more efficient. He painted our kitchen, moved plumbing, and leveled and lay new flooring in kitchen and laminate flooring in living room and hallway. When building a new addition to our home, we added a large bedroom, bathroom, pantry which he installed the plumbing for the water heater and bathroom. He did sheetrock work, preparing the walls for painting and painted. Robert has helped us turn a small bedroom into a walk in closet. He has also painted the outside of our home. We would recommended Robert Snyder's home improvement company to anyone. He is professional, polite, gives good advice yet does not push his ideas on you. Thumbs up! Bill and Virginia

Robert has been doing work for us for about 15 years - has painted several areas of the house including a 2 story foyer, and put down ceramic tile in 3 bathrooms. All for reasonable labor charges and does an outstanding job. Is very reliable, if he says he will be there on a certain day/time, he is there and puts in a full day of work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically I do not, although I do understand homeowners want estimates sight unseen I do stress the fact that sight unseen is an estimate only.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will find out the homeowners likes and dislikes are, do they prefer an ocean landscape or a mountain, what color combinations do they enjoy. With this type of information I help the homeowner choose the perfect combination of colors and amenities to create an environment that they find pleasing and enjoyable.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the construction field for over 20 years. I have worked in landscaping, plumbing, framework, roofing, electrical, sheetrock installation and finishing, painting, finished teamwork, flooring and much more.
