- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard price because the price of the pattern and sample for any article of clothing can vary depending on how complicated it is.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin by having an e-mail sent to us letting us know what the customer would like to do and if possible, provide sketches of any and all styles they would like to make.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The head pattern-maker of our company, Maricela Acosta, has been in this line of business from the moment she could work. She began her education in her native country, Ecuador, learning from a mentor. Predominantly, all of the skills we use to make our customers clothing were learned through experiences working for other companies, helping them make patterns and samples.
