- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a discount for weekly and bi-weekly services. The quoted price could change if the information given wasn’t accurate. However we let you know the price change before hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to have an initial conversation with the customers to figure out what services they are looking for. After our initial talk most costumers make an appointment for a free no obligation bid. One can be done over the phone but the price might change if the house is small or bigger then originally suggested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs have a high school Diploma and at least two years of college for business management at this time.
