- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Drop-off orders (party platters) starts 20 people and $500 total minimum plus delivery. Cook at your place on fire and passion - 50-300 people, $50-$100 per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Make sure that customer is interested in our type of food; the rest is easy - nobody can make this type fresher, tastier, cleaner and faster at the same time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to run the only Russian Restaurant in Jersey City (2012-2018); now do catering. Food Safety Certificates, licensed and inspected commercial kitchen etc.
