I would only recommend robert he is the best after 6 people said buy a new computer he was the only one willing to try and fix it and he sure did saved me money and to this day maintains it to perfection!!!! Even when i call at 2am

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Remote work it is a flat $35.00 which covers up to 2 hours of work after 2 hours another $30.00 flat fee. Average repair time is under 2 hours. Service Calls (Drop off or Pickup) such as cell phones, tablets, printers and PC repairs are on average $60.00 plus parts. Data recovery varies on the damage of a device data is being recovered from. Data recovery from a failed HDD or SSD is $50.00 for Attempted recovery $160.00 for successful recovery. Price Includes a new device to store recovered data on. I do have a server based storage where I can put recovered data for you to claim online reducing the price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After submitting on a quote I will contact the customer by phone. If the customer Accepts my quote I will then work with the issue or setup a time to work on the issue based on customer requirement. Once complete the customer is directed to a PayPal Payment Page. (A PayPal account is not needed) Save my number because I do free callbacks on the same issue within reason.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor in computer sciences, Technical degree in Computer Electronics, A+ Certification and Technical degree in Digital Electronics. 15 Years of work in a computer repair shop. 5 years of remote work experience. 4 Years and ongoing of It support for Businesses including Doctors offices, Hotels, Offices and Restaurants.
