We make it a priority to help you learn and understand each exercise, why you're doing it, and how it will help. In order for your body and mind to grow, there has to be a working relationship. Majority of our classes function through circuit training (various exercise stations), in order to keep your heart rate up and burn calories.

I have been with FIVE SIX ONE since it was established. Over the course of the last year, I have seen a drastic increase in my stamina and muscle strength. I am the strongest I have been in my life, and it’s due mainly to the lack of routine lifting. Every day brings different exercises based on the creative effort of Nick. He studies all different material to maximize your potential in the gym. He is a great motivator, and can cater to injuries and mental barriers. He knows how to help you grow, and takes pride in seeing you succeed. His knowledge of physiology and nutrition add to the boot camps worth. The friendships built in the class are incredible as well. Everyone is super welcoming and willing to add their ideas to classes. I would recommend this bootcamp to anyone in the area.

Five six on Bootcamp is just what I needed! Nick provides the knowledge and one on one time that I need to maximize my work out! His background in nutritional and exercise science puts him above all of the other trainers I’ve ever experienced. The workouts are great and he will adjust them to fit your needs! I highly recommend Nick and Five six one bootcamp!

I have been working out at Five Six One Bootcamp for over a year now and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. They will really push you to find new limits and will help you achieve your weight loss/lifting goals. Highly motivational, with exceptional knowledge of their craft. No workout is the same, so it’s impossible to be bored. Definitely worth the time!

I've been coming to Five Six One for over a year now, and I absolutely love it! Have seen so many positive changes in my body, and am in the best shape of my life. My favorite part is the family atmosphere of the group, and that no matter your fitness level, there is always something you could do to better yourself. Nick, the trainer, is fantastic! Always motivational and pushing you to do better. Do yourself a favor and come to the first class, you will want to come back for more!
