Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: We do not follow the traditional contractor model of charging a lot of money and hiring several different laborers as subs to each do only one or two small tasks. I do most of the labor myself. I primarily renovate and then manage rental properties. I am hoping that thumbtack will allow me to take my speed and skill and perform more small jobs for homeowners to make payroll and fund my large scale renovation work. Being a landlord who renovates houses means that I have had to become an expert in several trades. -Building (Structure) -Drywall & Painting -Plumbing -Electrical -Tile -Hardwood floors (Installation and refinishing) -Diagnosing "impossible" problems -Water heater installation and furnace repair --- I currently do not offer many exterior services. I do exterior painting but do not offer roofing or siding, concrete or brick repair. Housing, and the systems that go into a home are one of the most intimidating aspects of modern society. Most companies specialize in one or two specific tasks, whereas I have learned to do many different trades very well. I also enjoy explaining how and why things work to people so that some of the fear is taken out and they can be less intimidated by their house

Ryan made a platform bed frame and a matching shelf for me. He was very professional, kept in contact during the transaction and made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Also quoted a very fair price.
