- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to sit and chat with my customers about their vision. Some customers like bringing photos of their desired look. I like to get a sense of what color scheme they like and what they love about themselves. I also like to talk about skin concerns, or perhaps techniques the customer is eager to learn in a lesson session.
