- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing for events: $50 non-refundable retainer to secure the date, consultation and customized supply list. This fee does not apply to your day of event services. Non-holiday rates begin at $35 an hour for the first bartender (up to 75 guests, minimum four hours) and $30 an hour for each additional bartender or server (serving 50-75 guests each, minimum four hours) There may be a minimal travel fee allocated for any event outside of a 20 mile radius of Kansas City.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you decide to book with Erin Cook Personal Bartending Service, we will discuss your drink options, your bartender needs and the amount of hours best suited for your event. We will help you customize your supply list and if desired, come up with a tasty specialty drink recipe for you and your guests to enjoy! We can work via email or meet face to face for a one time meeting to organize, plan and decide the best options for you! We supply everything needed to serve your drinks, you will supply the alcohol, mixers and ice. If there is no bar area designated at your venue, we will be happy to supply tables and linens to accommodate your needs. We also provide drink dispensers, cocktail napkins, cups, straws, garnishes and decor at no additional cost to you!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Erin Cook has bartended since 2002 in high-volume dance clubs, sports bars, restaurants, sporting venues, catering companies and more. In 2008, she decided to focus primarily on private special events in the Kansas City area and founded her bartending service business.
