- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our first time clean is always by the hour., after that it is by the sq.ft. which is $100 for a basic clean per week per 1,000ft. bi-weekly is $130 per 1,000 sq.ft. and monthly is $160 per 1,000 sq.ft. We are willing to do any additional cleaning at any time and this will be by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always give a courtesy call 30 minutes before arrival. Guarantee your satisfaction and will come back within the week if you are not completely satisfied with the service we provide to do it just as you like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the cleaning business for over 5 years so we are very efficient and thorough in the work we do.
