- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mowing starts from 35$. Payment is required at the time of service and prepayments are possible. First time is cash or check, recurring payments can be made with credit or debit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet in person at the beginning of the job or the first mowing. We want to meet the customer face to face and learn their expectations. Also, it let clients get a chance to meet us and know the person's who will working on their project. However, if the customer cannot be there we can still preform the work.
