- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are highly competitive because I am a one man Operation I can bid the job, be at your location, and finish your project within a few hours. Which make s my over head lower than most other Technicians.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to speak with my new clients before accepting the project. So that I can gather all relevant information about the project. I can also get a general feel of what the new clients expectations are. which helps out tremendously with the over-all project design, functionality, and completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out 5-1/2 years as a Audio & Video, Lighting Specialist working in the field installing small, medium, and large systems in Churches, Corporate Buildings, Libraries, Schools, and Theaters. About 3 years ago by working as a field technicians I acquired the title of Systems Integrator. Learning to install systems in the field i was able to learn techniques that could not be taught in a class room.
