FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Being up front and transparent is something that's very important to me. So in our first appointment, before we ever decide to work together, clients will know exactly what the fees or commissions are as well as how I get paid. Note: There are no hourly charges involved, so coming in, talking, and establishing a plan won't incur any charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is very simple. The first appointment is much like a two way interview to see if each of us is a good fit and if we want to work together. In that appointment we'll gather information to see where you are today, and where you'd like to be. Once those goals are established, we'll tailor a plan to reach those long term goals and working together we'll make sure we stay on track throughout the years.
