- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly and flat rate options, depending on the project. The more we know about your project, the more accurate we can estimate your costs. We offer discounts for packages for routine maintenance such as bulb and filter changes, monthly maintenance, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the customer either on the phone or in person to learn as much about the project, so we can give the best estimate and recommendations possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of industry experience in luxury property maintenance and received perfect scores from the state (an almost impossible task), 3 of the 4 years as the director of maintenance for a skilled nursing facility.
