- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard price for service due to the constant variable from property to property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We receive a form of communication from a prospective customer whether it be phone or email and create an account for that individual or business. We then set up a meeting at the location the customer is interested in having serviced. After contact with the customer, we are able to create a proposal based on their specific wants and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Team members have taken classes such as horticulture, weed management, turf management, advanced draining solutions and more. We take proper safety precautions with routine crew safety management to ensure safe practices in the work field. We have been in business since 2002 summing a total of over 13 years of experience in the green industry. The classroom is great for continuing education but there is nothing like on site experience.
