- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PRO TIP: It's cheaper to book between January through March. The busy season kicks off at spring through the new year, so to make sure there will be availability book early in the year. It'll also be more affordable the first quarter of every year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I don't up sale. I'm not a used car sales man or a mechanic. The price quote is the price i stand by. The quality stands for itself.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My father took over this company in the late 70's and I was raised around the service. I started helping cleaning carpets at 15 years old and have been doing it for over 20 years. I MAKE CARPETS CLEAN!!!!
