- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is very fair and before recommending any of my services, I would like to understand the clients goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listen... understand their business and market before I can recommend any services. Once we have a clear target, I can recommend a phased-by-phase strategy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the corporate world for around 30 years with three degrees, including an MBA. I understand business. I have been an entrepreneur for over 10 years, so I also understand what it means to be a one-man business. My wife and I also owned our own Coffee Shop for three years, so I understand the struggles of a small business. I continue to add marketing tools to my "tool box" and continue to stay on the cutting edge of new approaches and strategies that are working.
