- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
usually will start out at $10.00 per person and go up in price from there. A lot of pricing is dependent on amount of clients, types of food, whether or not we need to rent out plate ware, etc...
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like the client to respond to our email, call us or leave contact information for us to follow up on. We will contact you, set up initial quick consultation to go over exactly what you are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
over 30 years experience in the food industry, restaurant training, private chef and catering training.
