Our tenant called at 9:30pm on a weeknight with a leaking kitchen faucet. We researched and called Travis and he called back by 9:45pm! Less than 15 hours later, the leak was fixed, our card was billed and the tenant is happy!

Travis was very quick to respond when our water heater stopped working and was extremely professional from start to finish. He gave us a quote and there were no hidden costs when he was done. His communication was excellent and he showed up when he said he would, explained what needed to be done, and completed the job in a timely manner. He took the time to demonstrate how the new tank worked after it was installed and made sure we were satisfied with his work. He even initiated a call the following day to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend Travis and plan to use him again myself in the future.
