The tile we selected could not be installed... this company should have known it was best suited for applications where it didn’t have to be cut to fit. We waited 3 weeks for install to begin and within an hour after they began the installers said it was falling off the wall. At no time did Randy say this was a different type of tile and not the standard mesh back. We wasted a month of our time to end up with a kitchen of patched walls and no tile. Text messages to Randy Hattieberg before install started went unanswered and calls to him were ignored. He did refund our money but we cannot in good faith recommend him or his company to anyone. Avoid him... there are competent people out there who do tile... buy your own and hire your own installers. Don’t use Floor Coverings International in Kernersville .
