- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A service call is $69.00 ($105.00 during after hours). We charge by the job, not by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect contact information and schedule an appointment for services to be performed. We call to verify customer is home before we come out. We charge a service call that includes travel and diagnosis. Before performing any work, we explain any issues with the unit, offer suggestions and options for repair, and make known the costs for those options. After the customer makes a decision, we charge by that job, not the hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are 410A Certified, carry Universal EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) Certifications, have participated in the Carrier/Bryant Training Programs, are trained by the National Comfort Institute (NCI), and have been through Rheem ECM Motor Training.
