We as a company pride ourselves in what we do and offer economical pricing in comparison with our competitors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive their phone-call or text message, listen to their request and ask questions necessary. Offer a phone quote by receiving pictures as well as a visit to give a more accurate quote. Then ask when they need the service done and schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended multiple conventions that offer classes on how to improve and learn a variety of ways to get the work done. I have and continue to get guidance from mentors in my area.
