- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer not to give a bid intel I see the job.. I may underbid or over bid by not seeing what the job is for sure. Pictures are a big help with bidding but most do not put any on here
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each customer’s taste and what they are wanting are different.. Helping them pick and choose what the are wanting is the adventure in the process and always fun!! But out of all I love seeing the faces after the job is complete
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every couple months I go to stone makers headquarters and learn new ways of doing things and catch up on any new items they may have pu on the market.
