- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some small projects are going to be hourly. Generally most are priced by sq ft,such as tile,flooring,and some types of deck building.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess needs and expectations of the customer and help them decide what look or direction they would like to go . Discuss cost of different services and explain the options for their particular job and pros and cons of each.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA 40 hazpower, 4 years vocational school building trades and continued product certifications for installation of products such as Anderson windows,Pella doors,Armstrong flooring and acoustical ceilings,Larson doors and Teco Block retaining wall systems,plus many more. When we are not on a job we invest in our training to better serve you with quality installations.
