- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a pricing system that is primarily based on travel time for me. It is as follows: Local Kingwood Area: Minimum of 1 hour, $50 per hour. Humble / Atascoscita Area: Minimum of 2 hours, $65 per 1 hour (discount: $120 per 2 hours). Greater Houston Area / Spring: Minimum of 2 hours, $70 per hour (discount: $190 per 3 hours). Katy / 30+ miles: $75 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically refer new customers to my personal website to give them a better idea of my face painting abilities and a bit of personal information.
