I have traveled all over the world learning about cultural ingredients, culinary techniques along with collecting herbs & global spice references....Working with several Chefs in multiple countrys. I hold a Manager Level Food Safety & Handling card.

Making food to raise money for my favorite charities...people loved my style and asked me to cook privately for them.
