I hired Excelencia Services to deep clean my parents' home. It had been a very long time since anything had been done, but they came in and made a huge impact. Bruno did a great job getting all the moss off my roof and cleaning out the gutters. He was on my high-level 2500 square foot roof with his pressure washer for approximately 6 hours without a break. He sure is a hard worker!

We had them clean when we were on vacation. Came home and home did not smell good. The bathrooms were not clean. Kitchen was not clean. It was not a job worthy of the price. They also requested to increase the price in the middle of the job. Not happy!

Cynthia did not do the cleaning that they had agreed on. Attached a picture of an appliance she had apparently cleaned. The bathroom had hair and she still insisted she had cleaned. When I showed her the dirty areas, she got angry, said she had to go to the next cleaning, dropped my job unfinished. She dumped trash on my driveway before driving away. A very disturbing experience.
