- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My normal rate is $60/hr, but I am more than willing to quote a fixed price once I understand the scope of the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client tells me about the project and what they want to achieve. Then we agree on a project scope and deadline.I send regular progress reports.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in English and Creative writing as well as 8 years of training as a direct-response copywriter. I also have two years of formal editing training.
