- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to begin with the end result in mind. What is it you want to accomplish? It's important to have clear goals and processes to simplify your project from the very beginning. Simply put, the purpose of our confidential & proprietary client discovery process is to help us capture a quick snapshot of "exactly" what your company's goals are for any particular campaign or design/development project. The Discovery will give us an understanding of how you’re measuring the success of your engagement in online marketing, branding and public relations. An update on your current state will help us propose ways to enhance – or perhaps redefine – the strategies and tactics you’re using to connect with, capture and convert customers online. We look forward to making this process fun and easy by asking you these questions either on video chat or via phone through our initial client discovery meeting. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
We thought it was a conflict of interest for businesses to design a website and not have any idea how to acquire & grow traffic to their website. We understand that the digital marketing space can be very intimidating. Since we despise bullies, we vowed to even the playing field by simplifying & supercharging the entire process.
