Introduction: Born and raised in Charlotte, NC, I moved to Knoxville after attending Wake Forest University on a full tennis scholarship. After spending a short amount of time in our gorgeous city, I decided I never wanted to leave. The beauty of the Smokies, the warmth of the people, and the tight-knit nature of the community have transformed Knoxville from my second home into my forever home. I have 3 children who all went through the Knox County School system. As my kids were growing up, I formed strong ties with the community, working as a substitute teacher, an academic tutor, a private tennis instructor, and a high school tennis coach. Prior to starting my career in real estate, I accumulated 10 years of outside sales experience and three years in property management. While in property management, I gained experience working with relocation companies, corporations, and hundreds of individuals and families looking to find an apartment that would feel like home. While I love chatting and getting to know my clients on a personal level, I'm also passionate about maintaining the utmost level of professionalism. I have a reputation for quick, timely responses to each and every client's needs and concerns. When I'm not working and spending time with my family, I enjoy running, hiking, biking and working out at my local gym. I am grateful to have forged multiple tight-knit friendships during my time in Knoxville, and I want to make sure that all new residents experience the warmth and charm that make me proud to call this city my home. It's so much more than sales. There is an emotional side to real estate that can be very rewarding. I enjoy both the relational (or client services) aspect of the job, as well as the business and financial aspects. I have a deep knowledge of the market and of the communities in my area, so I can advise my clients on matters ranging from how to accurately price their homes to when is the right moment to make the plunge and buy a new one. I also guide buyers toward the homes that best fit their needs by generating a list of properties for sale, accompanying my clients to see the properties and negotiating an offer with the seller.
