- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base pricing for a basic resume could apply; however not all clients and levels of approach to market are the same therefore a sliding fee scale could apply but would be agreed upon before beginning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer to spend 15 - 30 minutes on an initial phone interview to determine best approach. Then a questionnaire will be emailed and we will work back-and-forth for up to 3 revisions to finalize the most effective job search tool for each client.
