I strive to have the best communication possible with the customers. I respect that they have chosen me above competitors and that they are spending their hard-earned money. I want them to be satisfied at the end of the day and want them to call me back for more projects. So, I try to make sure that there is an open communication and that the customers are receiving exactly what they are looking for.
Being a homeowner can be lots of work. I love the opportunity to help homeowners upkeep and improve what they are working so hard for. It may be something as simple as painting a room or changing a lightbulb that is hard to reach, all the way to plumbing, drywall or electrical work. It's a good feeling to leave customers' homes knowing that you were able to assist them with their projects.
