- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
just standard pricing for the zip code that the job is located in. You can get the basic information on what the job should cost you by the square foot just by typing in what should it cost for (30 square foot of tile flooring). It will take you to a web site that you can type in the area code and the square foot and it will give you the detailed pricing guide to what you need to know from material to labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the customers meeting with them and going over there exact wants so there is no confusion to what needs to be done to complete the task at hand. I also try and give detailed quotes so you will know what you will be paying for. NO Games involved.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have been trained in the remodeling and new construction from previous employers. my last employer i was with for 8 years before parting ways, and they taught me a lot of what i know now
