- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I can send you a pricing list upon request of services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I mostly handle all business via email. Once the initial discussion of what services you are looking for and cost are discussed I would like to meet for a short interview just to get a better idea of your style and what you like and do not like aesthetically. 50% of payment is expected up front, the rest upon completion of the project. I accept cash or paypal ONLY.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors in Fine Art from the University of Tennessee with a concentration in watercolor. I also have an associates in Communication Graphic Technology from Pellissippi State. I have worked for three smaller design/marketing companies.
