- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Contrary to popular belief, there are no set fees or pricing for real estate services. These fees are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with new customers includes meeting with them to discuss their real estate needs and their desired outcomes. I am glad to guide them through the process. I understand that real estate is typically the largest investment for my clients. And I am honored to be included in their transactions, selling and buying.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. And take yearly continuing education classes. I have my Tennessee Broker's License and multiple credentials for my extensive course work completion.
