- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
General Fee Range = $3,000 - $6,000 "Non-Airplane Engagements" (driving distance from La Crosse, WI) are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Make sure I'm a good fit by an email or phone conversation to talk about the objectives and past events. 2. Confirm the event with a simple Speaking Engagement Agreement outlining the details. 3. Invite input (with permission from the client) from some "key" members or leaders in the organization asking them to answer 3 or 4 simple questions to help customize my program. 4. Show up early and prepare. 5. Deliver an outstanding program that meets (and hopefully exceeds) expectations. 6. Offer a follow-up or "after-care" with members to reinforce the learning.
