Not only did they install my sink faucet quickly they pointed out a problem they saw with my furnace when in the basement and helped me troubleshoot. Instead of looking to get in and out they took extra time they didn’t need to, and it will result in a future hire from me.

We worked with Joel at Hooks after not knowing where to turn after our water heater suddenly starting leaking. With Thanksgiving upon us, we were unsure of what to expect in terms of a response/appointment. Joel was incredibly responsive and was luckily available the next day. He was punctual, genuine, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through our options and gave us a fair price for what ended up resulting in a water heater replacement. He made quick work of getting the new heater, installing it, and removing the old one — all in the same day. He was kind enough to share with us some maintenance practices to help extend the life of our new heater. We would highly recommend Joel and Hooks, and will absolutely be using them going forward for any future needs!

After several months of our house being on the market, we decided to call Hooks Service for an estimate on putting a hardwood floor in our family room. After hiring the service, we had them check out our hot water tank as we thought there might be a problem with it. They advised us of the problem and they replaced our hot water tank. After the floor was installed, we had several offers in the next week. After the inspector came through for the buyers, there were a few repairs that needed to be done and of course, we called Hooks Service. They once again did a good job taking care of the electrical and window repairs.
I will call them again if anything needs attention in our new home, and I would recommend that you call them too.

I have been a customer of Hooks for the past three years and am very pleased with the work that has been done. From hanging blinds, installing closet doors, outdoor work on eves and down spouts and installing a ceiling fan all of the work has been done with precision and an eye to doing the best work possible. All work is explained in detail and any questions answered fully. I have recommended Hooks to friends who have also been pleased with the work done for them. If they cannot do the work you require they will tell you up front. I respect that approach. I highly recommend them.
