- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just as every home is unique, so is every termite infestation; for this reason an inspection must be performed at each property prior to determining the price. The inspection is free of charge, and a price quote is written up at that time and given to the owner. Our prices are competitive and fair; we do offer price matching if an alternate report is presented to us and we have determined that both quotes are comparable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the needs, expectations, and concerns of every customer. I give him or her several options and explain the process of each type of treatment until the customer feels adequately informed and confident. Before I leave the property, I also give them my card, including my cell phone number so that they know that I am just a phone call away if any more questions come to mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over the years, I have obtained an applicator's license, as well as an inspector's license from the State of California. Currently, my California Operator's license supersedes those previous licenses.
