FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We studied the market as it pertains to photo booth rentals and are comparable to most vendors financially. Our mark is left on the designs, friendly service, and knowledge of our craft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although texting and emailing is the wave of the present, we at Pikture Dat absolutely enjoy speaking with their clients either in a face to face meeting or by phone. We like to get the feel for the personalities we work with. Typically, we need information such as venue, time, and date for starters. Then we like to move on to designs for both the welcome screen and the photo strips. We like it all to be custom to the client. No 2 people are alike and we do not think your experience should mimic the taste of the last client. We strive to turn every hire into a client for life.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As true as I can be, my wife wanted to own and rent a photo booth out and of course she makes me work it. LOL! What you should know is this, I am a perfectionist so even after purchasing it, I did not rent it out until I perfected how to design and run the booth. That took me several months.
